- Maintain detailed records of guest stays, reservations, and billing using hotel management software
- Conduct night audits when scheduled, verifying daily transactions and balancing accounts to ensure accuracy
- Provide comprehensive guest services including concierge assistance, local recommendations, and special requests
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure clear communication with guests and team members at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone operations required
