We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently to their designated locations. This role requires excellent driving skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to handle various types of vehicles including vans and buses. As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for all passengers.

Duties

• Safely operate shuttle vehicles, including vans and buses, to transport passengers.
• Assist passengers with boarding and alighting from the vehicle, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior.
• Communicate effectively with passengers regarding routes, schedules, and any changes in service.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
• Assist with heavy lifting when necessary, particularly for passengers with luggage or mobility aids.

Experience

• Previous experience as a driver in roles such as limousine driver, van driver, bus driving, or paratransit services is preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with passengers and team members.
• A background in customer service is highly valued to enhance the passenger experience.
• Experience with commercial driving or school bus driving is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job responsibilities.
