- Manage front desk operations, including handling multi-line phone systems and providing exceptional guest services
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations records
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction and positive relations
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting visual inspections of the property, and controlling access to the hotel or resort premises
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial documentation for management review
- Support guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in multiple languages if applicable
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
