Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they step through the door
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
- Check guests in and out accurately, handling reservations, cancellations, and special requests with care
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain guest records and handle billing transactions with precision and transparency
- Assist with night audit procedures when scheduled, reconciling accounts and preparing reports for management
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards and resolve any issues promptly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred but not required; a strong desire to learn is essential
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse guests effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Knowledge of hospitality management systems and multi-line phone systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise
- Ability to handle night audit procedures confidently if scheduled during evening hours
