Responsibilities

- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain quality assurance.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by management.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in custodial services or housekeeping management is preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices in hotel or similar environments is advantageous.
