Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing in hallways, lobbies, and other public areas to maintain a polished appearance.
• Ensure all common areas like lobbies, restrooms, and hallways are spotless and well-maintained throughout the day.
• Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and maintain safety standards.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to deliver consistent quality while safeguarding health standards.
• Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hotels or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, waxing, and polishing.
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and standards for guest service excellence.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and order.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced settings.
• Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
