Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a spotless environment.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Care for floors using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment to keep all surfaces safe and visually appealing.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to management to uphold safety standards.
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures in accordance with health regulations and hotel policies.
- Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
