Duties
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly customer service and professional phone etiquette
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, verifying charges, payments, and reservations to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Manage multi-line phone systems to respond to guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications efficiently
- Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experience
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions, shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation with precision
- Assist with late-night check-ins and check-outs while adhering to security protocols and hotel policies
- Support front desk operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a resort or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of night audit procedures, guest services, and hotel management systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, reservation software, and POS (Point of Sale) systems
