Duties
- Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented
- Replenish food and beverage items throughout service hours, maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu options, and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene by following proper handling procedures and cleaning protocols
- Clear tables, bus dishes, and ensure the breakfast area remains tidy and inviting at all times
- Support catering or banquet setups when needed, including delivering meals to designated areas or assisting with special events
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with kitchen tasks such as food preparation, cooking, knife skills, meat cutting, or meal assembly is a plus
- Background in restaurant service, host/hostess roles, or banquet service demonstrates strong guest relations skills
