Responsibilities

- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and support to guests and staff alike.
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, verifying billing accuracy, updating financial records, and preparing reports for management review.
- Address guest inquiries promptly via phone or in person, offering solutions that enhance their stay and foster guest satisfaction.
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, inspecting premises, and ensuring safety procedures are followed during overnight hours.
- Handle guest requests efficiently, including room changes, special accommodations, or resolving concerns with hospitality expertise.

Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment.

- Exceptional phone etiquette and proficiency in multi-line phone systems to manage high call volumes professionally.
