Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team for the Monday-Friday breakfast shift. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant and satisfying breakfast experience. You will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness in the breakfast area, and provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.
Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area, including food stations and beverage stations.
- Ensure all food items are fresh, properly displayed, and adhere to food safety standards.
- Assist guests with their breakfast needs, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction.
- Buss tables promptly and efficiently to maintain a clean dining environment.
- Monitor inventory levels of breakfast supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas by following proper sanitation procedures.
- Punctuality and dependability
Requirements
- Previous experience in select service hotel complimentary breakfast
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices is essential.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to arrive by 5am with reliable transportation
- A positive attitude and willingness to help team members when necessary.
