Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests during breakfast service. You will ensure that the breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, and organized while providing excellent guest relations. Duties
- Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet area, ensuring all food items are fresh and presented attractively.
- Prepare and serve breakfast items, including coffee, pastries, fruits, and hot dishes as needed.
- Assist guests with their breakfast needs, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or requests.
- Clean and bus tables promptly to ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies when necessary.
- Follow all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest relations or customer service within a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling guidelines is essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are required.
- A background as a dietary aide or in food service can be beneficial but is not mandatory.
