- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls efficiently to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support office organization
- Assist with general office management tasks such as inventory tracking, supply ordering, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues with a positive attitude
- Support clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting bookkeeping or basic financial recordkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
Requirements
- Proven office experience or administrative background with strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer literacy across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively
