Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
- Perform floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of common areas.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, towels, and supplies to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and maintain room quality.
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to promote a safe working environment.
- Maintain detailed records of rooms cleaned and supplies used during each shift.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and special sanitation tasks as needed to uphold health standards.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and custodial tools is advantageous.
