- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential units, or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, restrooms, and kitchens by performing regular sanitation and floor care
- Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure readiness for guests or residents
- Follow established safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe environment for all
- Assist with special cleaning projects including carpet cleaning, upholstery care, or deep sanitation tasks as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests or concerns from guests or residents
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial background preferred
- Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and proper cleaning techniques across various surfaces and materials
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and laundry machines effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
