Hi, my name is John; I am the Director of Recruitment for one of the largest Roofing Companies in Texas. We were founded in 1961 with offices in Houston, Richmond/Rosenberg, Spring, Austin, San Antonio, San Marcos, Temple, and Dallas, we pride ourselves on leading one of the highest-paid sales teams in the roofing industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their roofing needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and product demonstrations, to generate new business opportunities.
• Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage accounts effectively, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote roofing solutions and enhance brand visibility.
• Leverage our CRM and other technology tools to track sales activities and analyze performance metrics.

Salary : $85,000 - $250,000
