High Energy Results Driven Recruiter – Holden Roofing

We are looking to add a high energy, results driven recruiter to our industry leading, fast growing roofing company here in San Marcos.

What You’ll Do

• Utilize your above average skillset to recruit top level performers to join our Holden Roofing family.
• Post and manage job ads across LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter and Social Media platforms
• Source candidates through cold outreach, referrals, job boards, and networking
• Conduct high-energy phone screens and initial interviews
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales talent
• Partner with leadership to meet aggressive goals

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of direct recruiting experience
• High level of competence utilizing LinkedIn, Indeed, and Social Media
• Strong communication skills
• Competitive attitude and a goal-oriented mindset
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple open roles
• This is an in person role, located in San Marcos, TX
• Self-starter with urgency and strong work ethic
