Job Description
We are seeking motivated, confident, and coachable Door-to-Door Roofing Sales Representatives to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction, setting their own pace, and earning uncapped income based on performance.
Responsibilities
Canvass neighborhoods to generate leads and set roof inspections
Educate homeowners on the roofing and insurance claim process
Identify storm or wear-and-tear damage
Schedule and attend inspections with homeowners
Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with customers
Follow up with leads and manage your pipeline
Work closely with the company owner and production team to close deals
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods
Sales experience is a plus, but not required
Willingness to learn the roofing and insurance process
Reliable transportation and ladder
