Responsibilities
- Responsible for growing and managing a large territory
- Must become a trusted expert within the industrial vacuum truck industry
- A combination of both hunter and farmer type business
- 75% travel required during first year with 60% travel beyond the first year
- Required to capture all company business activities through CRM
- Mandatory 30 day onsite training at manufacturing facility in Gulfport, MS
- In addition to the business development of new clients, Managers are expected to maintain healthy relations with our current customer base
- The Manager will be strategically engaged with the key assigned Independent dealers to improve Huber sales volume/margin.
- Execute dealer business planning
- Deploy resources to meet dealer/customer needs
- The Manager will be growing the business within their assigned territory while identifying new opportunities, plan customer visit, schedule and preform product demonstrations, attend trade shows and events, while problem solving and more
Qualifications
- Proven experience in growing and managing a large territory
- Professionally trained in sales techniques (ex. Miller Heiman, Target Account Selling etc.)
- Must be an analytical thinker while being MECHANICALLY INCLINED
- Ability to operate and demo Huber product line
- Excellent written and verbal skills are a must
- Willing to travel 75% of the time in the first year
- Experience using CRM, tracking forecast sales
- Strong presentation skills and proficient with Power Point, and Word
- Class B CDL a plus
- Must be passionate about customer service, and growing sales
- Consistent follow-up and follow through are an absolute requirement of this position
- Working knowledge of liquid waste industry and products
- Ability to negotiate prices and contractual agreements
- Strategic Mindset, seeing ahead to future opportunities and translating them into breakthrough strategies
