Job Summary
Assist in property maintenance and farm labor.
Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance including but not limited to mowing, trimming, planting, pruning
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery as required
- Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal
- Maintain equipment through regular inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs to ensure safety and longevity
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating landscaping machinery and hand tools
- Strong landscape maintenance skills with a focus on lawn care, gardening, planting, and hardscape installation
- Construction experience or familiarity with site development projects is a plus
- Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming, pruning, and health assessment
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
