Are you a people-focused recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting great talent with meaningful opportunities? We’re looking for a HR Generalist to lead recruiting efforts at our Clintonville facility while helping deliver a positive employee and candidate experience that reflects Hoffmaster’s culture and values.
In this role, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner closely with hiring managers, and develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across the organization. You’ll play a key role in strengthening our workforce, supporting HR initiatives, and ensuring a seamless hiring process from first contact through onboarding.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Drive full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding
- Cultivate an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our values and brand
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Post and manage open positions across our applicant tracking system and multiple recruiting platforms
- Maintain accurate job descriptions for all open and current roles
- Utilize creativity, initiative, and resourcefulness to overcome recruiting challenges and meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment
- Assist in the development and execution of HR initiatives that support organizational goals
- Ensure processes are compliant with all federal and state regulations
The Essentials
- Associate degree or equivalent professional qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of recruiting, HR, or related experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive situations
- Positive attitude with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
Optional But Impressive
- Experience with Dayforce or other HRIS/ATS platforms
- Professional HR certification or accreditation
- Experience supporting manufacturing or operations-based recruiting
- Background in sourcing and recruiting across multiple skillsets or departments
