Requirements:
- Ford Certified Technician with current or previous Ford STARS training
Preferred Qualifications
- Ford Senior Master Technician or Master Technician certification
- State Inspection and Emissions License (if applicable)
- High-voltage (EV) certification and repair experience
- Automatic transmission and drivability diagnostic expertise
- Air conditioning certification
- Experience with advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) diagnostics and calibration
- Diesel experience and repair experience

- Ability to accurately diagnose and repair gasoline, diesel, hybrid, and/or electric vehicles
- Proficiency using Ford IDS/FDRS diagnostic software and Ford service information
- Ability to perform warranty repairs in accordance with Ford Motor Company standards
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a willingness to mentor less experienced technicians and contribute to a team-oriented environment
