Requirements:

• Ford Certified Technician with current or previous Ford STARS training

Preferred Qualifications

• Ford Senior Master Technician or Master Technician certification
• State Inspection and Emissions License (if applicable)
• High-voltage (EV) certification and repair experience
• Automatic transmission and drivability diagnostic expertise
• Air conditioning certification
• Experience with advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) diagnostics and calibration
• Diesel experience and repair experience

• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to accurately diagnose and repair gasoline, diesel, hybrid, and/or electric vehicles
• Proficiency using Ford IDS/FDRS diagnostic software and Ford service information
• Ability to perform warranty repairs in accordance with Ford Motor Company standards
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail
• Positive attitude with a willingness to mentor less experienced technicians and contribute to a team-oriented environment
