Role Description
This position will have multiple responsibilities of this position includes but is not limited to Cleaning the interior and exterior of our customers completed service vehicles and returning loaner cars. Staff will also track and request supplies as needed, maintain an organized work area clear of debris and aware of the surrounding areas considering other workers around you.
Staff will also be responsible for light shop maintenance like taking out garbage, removing discarded tires and caring for equipment such as tire machines and washing tools.
Candidates will be exposed to wet and at times cold conditions and therefore should wear proper attire such as approved waterproof work shoes with reinforced toe construction.
Qualifications:- Candidate must be able to stretch and bend for long periods of the day, working in a wet environment with exposure to cleaning supplies and chemicals.
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred
- Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset
- Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement
- Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening.
- Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.
- Candidate must also be prompt and reliable and have reliable form of transportation. Candidate must be able to work unsupervised and make management aware of any issues as they occur. Candidate will work Mon-Fri from 7:30am to 5:30pm and alternating Saturdays from 7:30am to 3:30pm
