Role Purpose
Handle customers throughout the entire service experience with their satisfaction as the number one priority. Responsible for vehicles that come in for service under 25,000 miles.

Core Accountabilities

Greet customers promptly and courteously; identify their needs and record customer and vehicle data accurately. Note any damage on vehicle as observed during vehicle walk around.

Advise customers of needed repairs or suggested maintenance as well as any items found as needed by technician during MPI inspection.

Ensure customers’ express service is completed within ½ hour.

Document all necessary information on work orders, invoices, route sheets, appointment schedules.

Handle phone calls and schedule appointments in Xtime including scheduling loaner cars based on availability.

Keep drive-thru clean and organized.
Competencies and Qualifications

High School Diploma
-
1-2 years’ experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred

Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset

Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement

Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening.

Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.
