Hodgson Russ is seeking a highly organized and discrete professional to join our team as Executive Coordinator for the senior leadership team. In this role you will primarily support the Managing Partner, Global Head of Law Firm and Attorney Operations, and General Counsel but will also be an important contributor to a variety of firm projects and processes. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Our successful candidate will bring top notch verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, a high level of computer literacy (including expert proficiency with Microsoft Office), and an understanding of the basics of business management or experience working in a law firm environment. The Executive Coordinator will act as “right hand” to Senior Management and be able to handle a fast-paced and demanding set of administrative responsibilities including reporting, communications, meeting preparation, calendar management, and travel arrangements. The Executive Coordinator will follow through with members of the leadership team to ensure that deliverables to the Managing Partner, Global Head of Law Firm and Attorney Operations, and General Counsel are timely and complete. These responsibilities will require a high level of tact, diplomacy, assertiveness, and tenacity. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and five years of professional work experience is required, preferably with some experience in an executive support capacity or experience working in a law firm.
Hodgson Russ offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, life, long term disability, flexible spending, 401(k), Paid Time Off, pension plan, and more. At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual salary range for this position, if the successful applicant is based in Buffalo is $75,000 to $85,000. Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as experience and skill level.
