Hodgson Russ LLP, a regional law firm with two hundred plus attorneys in nine offices, is seeking a part-time night Word Processor to join our busy Buffalo team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing accurate and timely legal documents, correspondence and reports from drafts or transcription or other data sources. You will work with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal and administrative staff firm-wide to service clients. Ability to demonstrate a competence in firm software and software related to practice area or practice group. You are required to demonstrate an extraordinary level of discretion, attention to detail, listening and organizational skills. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to meet deadlines and focus on details. Associate’s degree in business administration or a related field, with a minimum of three years of experience as a secretary/administrative assistant.

At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual salary range for this position, if the successful applicant is based in Buffalo is $42,120 to $51,675 (not including overtime). Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as experience and skill level.
