What You’ll Be Building

You will own and grow a defined territory with significant opportunity.

  • Build your pipeline through consistent business development
  • Create new customer relationships

How You’ll Know You’re Winning

Success in this role comes down to three outcomes:

  • Build and Grow a $1M Territory

    You are responsible for creating lasting customer partnerships and sustainable growth.

  • Generate Consistent New Business

    Growth requires activity, discipline, and ownership.

  • Maintain a Strong Pipeline

    You control your opportunities by consistently creating them.

  • Everything else supports these outcomes.

    Requirements
    • You hold a valid driver’s license.
    • You are fluent in English.
    • You are authorized to work in the United States.
    • You are able to cover your territory through local driving, travel regionally on an occasional basis, and use a personal vehicle for territory coverage.
    • 2–3 years of sales experience is a plus.
    • Experience working with a CRM system is a plus.
    • Experience with Google Workspace is a plus.
    • Experience working with plant managers, maintenance teams, operations leaders, and service teams is a plus.

    Compensation & Benefits
    • Compensation: base salary of $50,000-$60,000 with OTE of $100,000-$110,000
    • Uncapped commission potential
    • $500/month car stipend
