- Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain compressed air systems and ancillary equipment at customer sites, prioritizing safety and reliability.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks such as system audits, filter changes, lubrications, and compressor belt adjustments to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls issues using diagnostic tools, schematics, and published service procedures, implementing effective corrective actions.
- Communicate findings, timelines, and recommended solutions clearly to customers and internal teams, escalating critical issues as needed for fast resolution.
- Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and warranty information in the CRM/ERP system, and manage parts inventory and on-site safety compliance to support first-time fix rates.
- 2–3 years of field service or industrial maintenance experience
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting pneumatics and mechanical systems
- Ability to perform field work including lifting, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and prolonged standing or kneeling
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience in a customer-facing service role communicating findings, timelines, and recommended solutions
- Hands-on PLC/controls troubleshooting experience
- Hands-on HVAC/refrigeration troubleshooting experience
- Experience servicing mission-critical compressed air systems and ancillary equipment in manufacturing or industrial facilities
- Ability to travel to customer sites within an approximately 100-mile radius of the assigned branch
