We are looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven Implementation Specialist to join our team and help drive the success of our clients.
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities across multiple client implementations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and stakeholders are aligned.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors, preparing agendas and capturing detailed meeting notes and action items.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies using project management tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar platforms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including status reports, implementation guides, process workflows, and technical specifications.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in project coordination, implementation, client services, or a related role (or equivalent internship/academic project experience for recent graduates).
