We will assign you projects that are critical to company success and aligned with your individual interests. Our interns are a key source of future talent for entry-level careers.
What You Have:
Minimum 2.8 GPA
Pursuing a four-year degree inlogistics, supplychainor a related field
Attained high academic achievement in their education pursuits
Strong Leadership characteristics and active in college activities

Strong communicationand relationship-building skills
Be adaptable and flexible is critical
Ability to work in a cross -functional team environment
From working on the development and implementation of production and processing methods to controls for quality standards, our engineering interns are challenged and charged with continually seeking better ways of conducting business . . . continually asking . . . How can this be improved?
Each summer, Supply Chain interns receive a project (or two!) for the summer and work directly with a mentor for technical and professional guidance. Throughout the summer,professional development sessions are provided for interns including opportunities to learn from and network with senior leadership.
Outside of work, interns from HNI enjoy professional and social networking opportunities throughout the Muscatine community.
What it takes:
Knowledge and experience of MS Office applications and email/internet skills arerequired
Possess positive and professional interpersonal skills
Self-starter with high personal motivation and desire to take initiative and ownership
