Position Summary

The Digital Operations Manager is responsible for executing performance-driven activation strategies that support revenue growth across the organization's transactional partners. This role executes paid media, promotional programs, and day-to-day activation operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to activate campaigns, optimize spend, and ensure effective execution across the digital shelf.
• Manage paid media and performance activation programs in alignment with established growth strategies and revenue targets.
• Develop and manage promotional strategies and activation calendars to support key business moments, product launches, and sales initiatives.
• Partner with performance media teams and external agencies to manage budgets, pacing, and optimization across paid channels.
• Monitor and optimize performance metrics including revenue, conversion, ROAS, and spend efficiency, escalating risks and opportunities as needed.
• Serve as an operational liaison between key stakeholders and teams aligning internal processes and systems to provide the support required to service our customers.
• Lead demand planning and supply chain teams to align forecasts, inventory availability, and activation timing in support of revenue and service-level goals.
• Monitor warehouse and product suppressions, ensuring product availability and driving continuous improvement to support eCommerce performance.
• Maintain activation of documentation, processes, and reporting to support consistency and scalability.
• Support test-and-learn initiatives across paid media, promotions, and activation tactics, applying learning to future execution.
• Prepare performance updates, insights, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to align product launches, pricing, promotions, and inventory planning.
• Participate in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the success of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, eCommerce, or related field required.
• 3 years of experience in leading digital marketing, eCommerce, or related digital growth/strategy initiatives required; 5 years preferred.
• Experience leveraging demand forecasts, sales data, and inventory metrics to support business decisions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into practical recommendations.
