Role Summary
The Digital Traffic Manager executes day-to-day trafficking and technical setup for paid media campaigns, ensuring accurate configuration, tracking, and on-time delivery. This role partners closely with Account Management, Media Pods, and Operations leadership to manage execution timelines and secure creative assets required for successful launches.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Setup & Trafficking
- Traffic creative assets across paid media platforms with accuracy and timeliness.
- Configure assets, placements, tagging requirements, specifications met per approved media plans.
- Implement and validate in partnership with data intelligence manager the tagging, pixels, and tracking parameters.
Timeline Management & Account Coordination
- Partner with Account Management to track media timelines and creative delivery requirements.
- Proactively communicate asset needs, deadlines, and specifications to Account teams.
- Notify Media Pods of asset status, risks, or delays that could impact execution or launch timing.
Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting
- Conduct QA on trafficking documents and live campaigns
- Identify and resolve trafficking issues such as broken links, incorrect tags, or misconfigured placements.
- Escalate complex or high-risk issues to the Operations Supervisor.
Standards & Documentation
- Maintain trafficking documentation, naming conventions, and templates aligned to COE standards.
- Support updates to trafficking playbooks and workflows as platforms evolve.
- Communicate execution status clearly to pods and Operations leadership.

• Familiarity with ad-serving platforms such as Campaign Manager
• Commitment to continuous learning and adaptation to industry evolution, new tools, and techniques
• Effective time management to adhere to deadlines and ensure the punctual delivery of assets
• Meticulous attention to detail to prevent significant errors in campaign configuration, targeting, and campaign specifications
