Job Summary: The Nominee & Issuer Services team supports the full lifecycle of corporate action, issuer communication, IPO operations and nominee‑related services for securities admitted into HKSCC. This role forms part of the management team in managing corporate action which involves engagement with issuers and market participants, and ensuring high standards of accuracy, compliance, and market integrity in the operational process. In addition to strong knowledge of equity product in Hong Kong and China markets, experience in fixed‑income and derivative product is an advantage. Job Duties: Lead and oversee part of corporate action operations, including corporate action announcements and issuer communications. Engage with issuers, share registrars, external advisers, and market participants to ensure smooth handling of corporate events and related operational processes. Drive enhancements, including process redesign, automation initiatives, and service‑level improvements. Represent the team in stakeholder committees, working groups, and cross‑functional projects. Support market initiatives, new product launches, and regulatory‑driven enhancements. Review and strengthen operational controls, governance, and risk management frameworks. Lead incident management, root‑cause analysis, and remediation measures to ensure operational resilience. Provide coaching, direction, and development opportunities to team members and foster a culture of excellence and accountability. Requirements: University degree in Finance, Business or related discipline. Minimum 10 years of experience in securities operations, issuer services, corporate actions, or related post‑trade functions, with at least 3 years at the management level . Strong understanding of Hong Kong equity market, preferably having prior experience in China equity market and fixed-income/derivative product. Demonstrated effective stakeholder management skill. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and risk‑management skills with the ability to oversee time‑critical activities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Chinese; with Putonghua is an advantage.
