Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Dalton, GA. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of clerical tasks, provide executive administrative support, maintain effective communication, and demonstrate professional phone etiquette. In this role, responsibilities include managing schedules, supporting day-to-day operations, organizing files, and ensuring efficient coordination across departments.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to support organizational processes and maintain records.
- Executive Administrative Assistance experience to effectively assist leadership and manage complex schedules.
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to ensure professional interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time management skills.
- Familiarity with basic office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus.
- Previous administrative experience preferred but not required.
- AP experience is a must
