Serves as the primary point of contact for all design-related requests.
Position Accountabilities
Brand & Creative Direction
- Ensure all design work reflects each Hive Collective brand and remains cohesive across all channels
- Oversee and review creative output, providing direction and design solutions as needed
- Develop scalable templates for email, social, and signage
- Design and manage advertisements, ensuring all specifications and deadlines are met
- Manage and renew advertising contracts while maintaining media partner relationships
- Own and execute email marketing campaigns across Hive Collective brands
- Create and maintain reusable email and social templates
- Design and produce collateral including brochures, postcards, signage, packaging, tags, and promotional materials
- Own all in-store signage, including creation, printing, and installation
- Edit and prepare imagery for web and marketing use
- Execute seasonal and promotional updates across brands, including Hive Bakery & Cafe menus and in-store digital and physical displays, such as Toast checkout screens
- Produce, manage, and reorder branded materials including business cards, stationery, packaging, promotional items, name tags, vehicle wraps, uniforms, signage, and portfolio books
- Partner with photographers to ensure content aligns with brand and marketing needs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met
- Coordinate vendors, installations, and production timelines
- Negotiate pricing and maintain vendor relationships
- Track all projects in Monday.com
- Serve as the main point of contact for design requests across departments
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution
- Maintain clear communication and provide regular updates
- Assist with events and provide sales floor support as needed
- Support the Communications department across initiatives
- Partner with Warehouse to oversee inventory and ordering of shopping bags, hang tag locks, and other branded materials
- Adapt to evolving responsibilities as Hive Collective grows
- COMPETENCIES
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva
- Strong ability to maintain and evolve brand identity across multiple touchpoints
- High proficiency in both digital and print design, including production
- Experience managing advertising, campaigns, and cross-channel marketing assets
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and vendors
- Ability to provide creative direction and ensure quality across all outputs
- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
