JOB SUMMARY:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing engaging, creative, relevant, and innovative graphics that effectively communicate the mission and vision of Christ Fellowship Church and its ministries. This role will ensure that the brand values and visual standards are upheld, while also pushing the bounds of innovation and creativity. We’re looking for a designer with an exceptional eye for detail and an ability to generate extremely creative and relevant ideas that resonate deeply with our audiences. You will work with a variety of products, applications, and software platforms, while simultaneously collaborating with a number of teams.
JOB DUTIES:
- Develop and implement bold, creative, and original print and digital design solutions to help communicate the global message of Christ Fellowship.
- Collaborate with other designers and support the design needs of ministry clients on a daily basis.
- Create main looks for ministries, campaigns, and events, along with collateral design.
- Assist in the creative development of major projects, weekend series, events, and ministry content.
- Bring fresh, relevant ideas to every project, demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling.
- Be responsible for your own growth when it comes to your craft and creative fuel.
- Consistently execute with excellence, creativity, and innovation.
- Design booklets, flyers, web graphics, social graphics, and large printed banners.
- Participate in general duties – staff meetings, training, interviews, etc., as necessary.
EDUCATION:
Undergraduate Degree
RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:
5-7 years of solid professional design experience.
Expert level knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and illustrator.
* Digital Portfolio is Required
