The Merchandise Coordinator supports the merchandising and buying team with day to day operations, product setup, and administrative execution. This role ensures accuracy in systems, supports product creation, and helps maintain smooth communication across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks of the business, including accurate and timely data entry.
- Creates product cards and updates product information in real time to support Buying, Retail, Design, and Trade teams. (SKU setup, Pricing, Production and Delivery timelines and Product Information)
- Assist Buying with Special Orders, tracking delivery times and ensuring product arrives to clients in a timely manner.
- Communicates with vendors and internal teams to ensure lead-times are accurate and deadlines are met.
- Manages Inventory discrepancies and supports store cycle counts for accurate inventory levels.
- Maintain and organize files, SOPs and PO fillings.
- Execute vendor’s price changes and maintains pricing accuracy throughout all locations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Buying, Sales, Design, Trade, and Receiving team by shifting priorities based on business needs.
- Required to work 1 Saturday a month.

Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience in data entry, retail, or administrative roles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive, dependable, and collaborative mindset
- Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items, up to 50 pounds while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
- Ability to maneuver effectively around the sales floor, stock room, and cash wrap.
- The position entails prolonged standing and sitting.
