About The Role

- Ability to read and follow written work instructions, traveler documents, and assembly procedures.
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail required for wax pattern assembly and inspection.
- Ability to identify surface defects, dimensional nonconformances, and assembly errors.
- Basic mathematical skills for measurement and production count recording.
- Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production targets.
- Effective communication with supervisors and team members on production and quality matters.
- Environment: Wax operations production area; exposure to heated wax materials, injection equipment, and chemical release agents.
- Physical demands: Extended standing and repetitive hand and wrist motions; ability to lift and handle wax assemblies up to 35 lbs. Vision – 20/20 or correctable.
- PPE: Safety glasses, hearing protection safety-toed shoes, and applicable chemical handling PPE required.
