How You'll Make an Impact
- Create and maintain quality inspection plans for raw materials and finished products.
- Conduct inspections and testing to verify compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Review and approve finished products prior to shipment release.
- Develop, update, and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Ensure testing and inspection equipment is properly calibrated and functioning effectively.
- Identify quality concerns and escalate anomalies through established quality alert processes.
- Partner with production teams to ensure adherence to operating procedures and production schedules.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Associate degree, diploma, or equivalent education in Electrical/Electronic Technology, Industrial Electrical Testing, or a related technical field.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment as a Quality Technician, Quality Inspector, or similar quality-focused role.
- Working knowledge of quality systems, ISO 9000 concepts, and quality control methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, electrical schematics, and 2D drawings.
- Strong communication, analytical, and report-writing skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and SAP ERP or a similar enterprise system.
