How You'll Make An Impact
- Lead strategic sourcing activities to ensure material availability, cost competitiveness, and supply reliability.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business and factory objectives.
- Partner with suppliers to improve performance, strengthen relationships, and resolve critical issues.
- Drive supplier qualification, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze demand, supply, and spend data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Lead supply chain activities supporting sales orders, new product introductions, and technology transfer projects.
- Champion cost reduction, cost avoidance, and risk mitigation projects across the organization.
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing supply chain team while supporting talent growth and succession planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- 7 years of supply chain, purchasing, planning, or procurement experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- 3 years of people leadership experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
- Experience working in a collaborative, matrixed, and fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: CPSM or PMP certification, SAP experience, Power BI knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
