How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead business development activities focused on the FACTS market segment in the U.S.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities aligned with strategic growth goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and proposal teams to craft winning solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Represent Hitachi Energy at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 10 years of experience in Engineering, Technical Sales, Project Management, Bids & Proposals, or Business Development in FACTS applications.
- Proven success in client engagement and revenue growth.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel extensively—up to 40–50% domestically and internationally.
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
