How You'll Make An Impact
- Champion a zero-incident safety culture and promote environmental responsibility across operations
- Plan, prioritize, and allocate resources to achieve production targets efficiently
- Align production schedules with demand plans to ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor and analyze production data to drive performance improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize plant capacity and resource utilization
- Lead problem-solving efforts for production, technical, and logistics challenges
- Drive quality and continuous improvement initiatives to meet operational KPIs

- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years, associate degree with 4 years, or high school diploma/GED with 8 years of manufacturing experience
- Experience in industrial manufacturing environments with lean and Six Sigma exposure
- Strong understanding of production planning and team accountability practices
- Familiarity with material planning and cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Effective communication skills and experience with workforce/timekeeping systems
