How You’ll Make An Impact
- Champion a zero‑accident safety culture and ensure HSE compliance
- Organize and allocate resources to meet production targets
- Execute production plans aligned with demand and inventory goals
- Ensure on‑time delivery and high‑quality output across assigned lines
- Analyze production data and drive performance improvements
- Identify and support equipment and facility enhancement initiatives
- Resolve critical production, technical, or equipment issues
- Guide, motivate, and develop production team members
- Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of manufacturing experience, or equivalent combinations of education and experience
- Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma concepts
- Production and material planning experience
- Proficiency with MS Office; exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Strong communication skills and experience with timekeeping systems
