How You’ll Make An Impact
- Coach and advise supervisors on HSE practices.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HSE regulations.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Manage incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up actions.
- Analyze trends and recommend preventive measures.
- Support and implement Group and Business Unit HSE programs.
- Promote engagement and safe behaviors across the site.
- Contribute to HSE strategic planning and KPI achievement.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience, ideally with HSE exposure.
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
- Experience with safety culture or behavior-based safety programs is a plus.
- Authorization to work in the United States required.
