Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How You'll Make an Impact- Lead engineering activities with internal and external stakeholders throughout project execution.
- Translate customer requirements into practical and innovative engineering solutions.
- Drive design optimization initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
- Facilitate technical meetings with customers, suppliers, and project teams.
- Coordinate material procurement, fabrication activities, and installation planning for control cabinets.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams across multiple regions and disciplines.
- Establish and monitor quality metrics for external suppliers and project deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IEEE, NEC, NEMA, environmental, and safety standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in controls, automation, or control cabinet design.
- Proficiency with CAD tools; E3 experience is beneficial but not required.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and engineering documentation processes.
- Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings and project site visits.
