Duties/Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning, execution, and tracking of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to guarantee on-time delivery.
- Plan and execute exhibitions and trade shows, handling logistics and on-site coordination.
- Oversee production, procurement, inventory, and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, giveaways, promotional items).
- Manage application, logistics, inventory, and distribution of marketing samples.
- Collaborate with brand, channel, product, and retail marketing to maintain alignment and consistency.
- Provide administrative support to leadership, including scheduling, presentations, documentation, calendar management, travel and expenses as needed.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with internal progress tracking, regulations, and standardized IMC processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Some experience within the Marketing field
- Experience with Microsoft Office
