Job Summary:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Marketing and Talent Coordinator to join our team! This role is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are excited about marketing, recruiting, and building a positive workplace culture. You’ll support marketing initiatives, assist with talent sourcing, and help create an engaging office environment.
This paid position provides hands-on experience in recruiting strategies, employer branding, social media management, and employee engagement—laying the foundation for a career in marketing and HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting and talent acquisition: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Coordinate campus and local outreach to attract emerging talent
- Support employee engagement activities, office events, and team-building initiatives
- Manage social media platforms to promote employer branding and recruitment campaigns
- Collaborate with senior team members on marketing and lead-generation initiatives
- Maintain candidate pipelines using ATS systems (iCIMS, Workday, or similar)
- Conduct research on HR trends, recruiting best practices, and marketing strategies
- Engage with potential candidates via calls, emails, and networking to build talent pools
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate or 0–2 years of experience with interest in marketing, HR, recruiting, or business operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing or branding purposes
- Experience with HRIS or ATS systems is a plus but not required
- Ability to work on-site in Atlanta (Perimeter area)
