  • WIN BUSINESS & GROW PARTNERSHIPS: Proactively source, engage, and onboard new carriers. You’ll be the face and voice of Hirschbach Solutions, selling our loads and our brand value every day.
  • MAKE DEALS HAPPEN: Negotiate rates, secure commitments, and ensure our loads move with speed and reliability. You’re empowered to close the deal—fast.
  • BUILD & NURTURE YOUR NETWORK: Own your book of carrier business, cultivating long-term loyalty through consistent outreach, trust, and high-impact communications.
  • TRACK, OPTIMIZE, & WIN: Leverage the industry’s leading tech tools to monitor shipments, keep the pulse on carrier performance, and maximize profitability.
  • SOLVE PROBLEMS LIKE A PRO: Navigate roadblocks, tackle issues head-on, and deliver creative solutions to keep freight moving and customers happy.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in freight sales, logistics brokerage, or carrier management is a huge plus.
  • Proven ability to hustle, negotiate, and win in a competitive team environment.
  • Mastery of logistics tech tools, websites, and CRM systems.
  • A sales mindset, infectious enthusiasm, and unstoppable drive.
