Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 5 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in maintenance/production within manufacturing.
- Experience working with unions (Required).
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and reliability systems (SAP preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead shift operations, ensuring Safety, Quality, Line Efficiency, and GMP compliance.
- Supervise maintenance technicians, electricians, and engineers; support recruitment and training.
- Manage union workforce, fostering positive relations and resolving conflicts.
- Drive Preventive Maintenance (PM) and reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
- Oversee planned/unplanned maintenance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure line readiness, successful startups, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Optimize cost-effective maintenance and equipment reliability strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $103,000.00 per year
