What are we looking for specifically? Someone with:
- Asphalt Experience: We are looking for someone to lead an asphalt patch crew. We do smaller asphalt repairs that do not require the use of an asphalt milling or paving machine. The right person has a deep understanding of the critical success factors for paving work, including evaluating subsurface conditions and surface drainage factors.
- Hands on: While this person will be managing others, he/she enjoys being part of the crew and isn’t afraid of hard work
- Leadership Capabilities: We are looking for someone who can inspire and motivate their team, fostering a positive work environment. For the right person, this comes naturally and he/she would be dissatisfied if their job didn’t include growing individuals on their team
